Provide Application To Monitor Jobs From Different Ms Sql Servers

Sql Job Monitor Application :

1. Central Management Capability – web interface allows user to configure new SQL servers. Allows user to configure alamrs for each sql server, and if condition is triggered, application sends alarm to concerned team.

2. Application sends email on Default failure of SQL Job

3. Alerts can be sent:

 a. Who gets the alerts

 b. How often the alert is generated (for example, if the job runs every 1 minute, we may only want to alert if the job fails 20 times in 25 minutes)

4. IT is a fast processing for detecting a filed job on a SQL server or servers.

5. A dashboard Allows user to see following categories of failures:

 a. All the jobs that have failed in the last 24 hours

 b. Perhaps all the jobs that have failed over a weekend

 c. Jobs that commonly fail

 d. Jobs that perhaps are failing often, but aren’t alerting because they run so often (for example, a job that runs every 1 minute but only alerts if it fails 20 times in 25 minutes). Perhaps the job is failing often, but not often enough to alert us.

 e. Perhaps a dashboard showing “long running” jobs.
