For the price of $5, we will locate and attempt to resolve any type of hosting related inquiry you might have, for example:

• DNS Records Management
• PHP Version/Variables Change
• Domain Pointing
• Domain Redirects
• Mail Service Configuration / SMTP Configuration Setup
• Application Support (WordPress, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart etc.)
• Domain Transfer Initiation Procedures 
• Domain Verification
• cPanel Support

Depending on the issue, we might need to engage a remote connection - however, most of the time the resolution would be provided to the client under the form of steps of troubleshooting.



In case we would need access to the device (primarily PC's) we would use software such as Supremo to do our tasks.



Usually this will take us a maximum of 1 day to achieve - however, in case of more time you will be informed before hand.



NOTE: If we fail for some reason to complete the above mentioned services, you will be COMPLETELY refunded.
