Data that is not transferred:
- QuickBooks Online Payments information (payment processing)
- Customer types and price rules
- Delayed Credits and Delayed Charges (although invoices that use these will be correctly backed up)
- Recurring Transactions
- Bank Feeds and their links to transactions, Bank Rules, and Bank Reconciliations
- Account-based billable expenses
- Item-based billable expenses with markup
- Custom reports
- Custom form styles/templates
- Audit log entries
The above objects are non-posting (with the exception of billable expenses), so they do not affect your General Ledger.
Objects that are partially transferred:
- Intuit Payroll information
- Inventory shrinkage and adjustments
These transactions are not fully accessible by the QuickBooks Online API, and are transferred like journal entries.
