I will compose a pc parts list either on amazon or using pc part picker (your choice), this will include all parts that are needed for you to be able to build a pc, and if needed I can show you some build guides. I can do any budget and get you the best price to performance, but please note that the lower the budget is the worse the performance. I can also create a pc parts list using second hand parts that can be purchased on eBay if that's what you want.
