I will provide time to help diagnose the issue and provide a fix.
I will work on the project for the allotted time, if more time is required then an additional gig purchase will be required.
If you prefer a fixed cost price to fix the issue please contact me.
I aim to fix all issues as quickly as possible, however this depends on the issue and what is required for the fix.
I will likely require
- Remote Access to the issue machine/network
- Administrator access (please delete user once job is completed).
