If you have a problem that you just can't fix with your computer (PC or Mac), I will take a look at it remotely or give you advice via phone/email and get it fixed for you.Computer running slow? Slow internet? Computer won't turn on?
If I cannot help you then you will not be charged. I am a computer science student and can fix most problems but would not feel comfortable being paid unless I have helped.
