Thank you john! First of this guy is trully proffesional, he simply just did not give up on the issue i had until he found a solution for it, after the rep on my pc i also got him to work on my other laptop. I am still not sure the issue is resolved but since he worked on it nothing has happened yet so he must have done something to fix it. Thanks again John. :I needed urgent help and was provided this help by john, who seems to know how to work a pc. What ever he did seems to be working for now and he even told me to contact him again if the issue he wanted to fix was not resolved and still count it as the same order. Which is very appreciated because issues like this need to be tested by runing the pc and working with because the PC freezing issue i had came around 2-3 times a day, and right now it has only gone 2 hours since he worked on my pc so i will keep on waiting and see how it goes.
