In order to help you. I would not suggest remote controlling ur pc. Rather would I recommend using a service like Discord or Skype so you can screenshare and I can tell you where to click. Mostly for the safety of your own. As alot of other people in this business sometimes abuse the whole remote control thing on other peoples systems..
If you are comfortable with remote controlling your pc to another indiviual. Then, lmk if you want that instead. Hit me up if you have troubles with ur pc!
