About:

·         Serve as a JIRA / Confluence administrator, subject matter expert and evangelist

·         Manage scrum projects.

·         Maintain a dedicated Atlassian JIRA / Confluence Cloud instance

·         Design and maintain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens and field configurations

·         Manage user permissions and project roles for JIRA, Confluence and other tools

·         Troubleshoot, identify and resolve JIRA issues reported by end-users

·         Recommend, test, install, and configure JIRA plugins and add-ons as needed

·         Perform bulk changes and CSV imports

·         Coordinate with JIRA Admin peers and cross-functional agile teams to provide JIRA guidance, suggestions and solutions as needed
