I am readily available to provide remote support, as well as programming changes and setup of any kind on your Avaya IP Office Phone System.



HERE IS ALL I CAN ASSIST WITH:

• Users and Extension Changes 
• Incoming/Outgoing/DID Routing 
• Analog/PRI/SIP Trunk Setup 
• Voicemail and VM Pro Support (Recordings, Call Flows, Mailbox Setup) 
• Button Programming 
• Setting Up IP Phones and Wireless Phones (remotely) 
• Explanations On Most IP Office Features 
• Most Troubleshooting Concerns 

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFO BELOW:

• I am available for hire on a day-to-day basis (see gig extras), up to 8 hours each day.
  
  
• Work time begins once I have been brought up to speed fully on all required items, as well as been given remote access and necessary login credentials. 
• I will typically grant up to a half-hour grace period for work that can't quite be completed within the time allowed.
• I am very prompt with communication to you, the client. I will make sure you are well-informed of all that is happening during each stage of work.

** I currently can only support Avaya IP Office 400 and 500 platforms.
